This document provides some hints in how to use Pee Tracker.
Pee Tracker has the following versions:
The first time Pee Tracker launches, it will request permission to send you notifications. Pee Tracker requires this permission for reminder function to work. If you choose "Don't Allow" and later change your mind, please Allow Notification for Pee Tracker in the notification center on your device.
Tapping the "plus" icon will bring up the add Reminder view.
You can set the activity type (Pee or Drink), choose to specify an exact time for this reminder (default), or choose to ask Pee Tracker to remind you some time later from now. In addition, if this reminder should happen every day at the same time, you can set the Repeat Frequency to Daily.
If you set the status of a daily repeatable activity to completed, Pee Tracker sets up the next one at the same time tomorrow for you.
Tapping the "text.badge.plus" icon on Reminders view will bring up the add Reminder Program view.
Add Reminder Program differs from Add Reminder that a group of reminders will be created instead. The first of which will be on the Start time, followed by the next reminder Interval time later. This process will stop when the potential next reminder time has gone beyond the End time.
Similarly, you can choose to specify a later time for the program start. If the reminders in this program should occur daily, set Repeat Frequency to Daily.
After added some reminders, let's take a look at Reminders view. This view shows your uncompleted reminders for the day. Missed reminders are shown in red. A few other things to note:
Marking a reminder as completed only hides it from the view. Deleting it will remove it from the system permanently.
Records view shows you the list of activities you have recorded represented in graphical form. On the graph, solid orange bars represent pees, and blue ones are drinks you have had for the day. The count totals and recorded quantities for both pees and drinks are also shown.
On top of the graph, the difference between total quantities of pees and drinks of the day is also displayed. If you have set a drinking goal, a pie chart will be presented showing the percentage of the total quantity drank against the goal specified.
You will also find the "doc.on.clipboard" icon where you can copied the daily summary, data including number of toilet visits, number of drinks, total recorded volumes, and the difference, to the clipboard. This button is enabled only if a record has been entered for the day. This is a "Plus Feature".
Hollow bars will be drawn for activities that do not have quantities data. A few other things to note:
The notification view will appear when a reminder occurs, where you are given the opportunity to record the activity and associated data. You can simply tap "Yes" to mark an activity has happened on this time. Quantity data is optional, however you can choose to enter it if you wish. The unit is dependent on the Region setting on your device. If it is set to US, the unit will be "fl oz", otherwise "ml" will be used. You can use the -/+ stepper to adjust the quantity, the default quantity (differently for pees and drinks) will be shown first and they can be changed in the Settings view.
If you choose "No", you can manually record the activity at a later time. This can be done by tapping the "plus" icon on the Records view, and then enter activity type, time, and quantity.
The notification view will appear in the flowing two circumstances:
"doc.text" icon on Records view takes you to raw All Record Data view. Standard iOS interactions work here, you can tap to view details, and swipe left to delete. You can export recorded data in CSV by tapping the "square.and.arrow.up" icon. The exported data uses "fl oz" or "ml" unit for quantity depends on the Region set on your device. If you had previously entered data in different quantity unit, conversion will be performed automatically to your current Region.
The range of quantity data is 1 to 34 by step of 1 for "fl oz", and 5 to 1000 by step of 5 for ml in the paid or plus version. The step size and the minimum are 50 ml in the free version.
Settings view contains a few useful customizations that may improve your Pee Tracker experience.
